Press Release [Announcement]: Signing of MOU with National Institutes of Biomedical Innovation, Health and Nutrition (NIBIOHN)
On September 20, 2024, the Institut Pasteur du Japon (IPJ) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the National Institutes of Biomedical Innovation, Health and Nutrition (NIBIOHN) in a formal ceremony held in Osaka. Liaison supported the execution of the event.
This MOU establishes a collaborative framework between the two institutions, aiming to enhance health promotion both in Japan and globally. Through this agreement, the two organizations will engage in joint research and information exchange on areas of shared interest, including pharmaceutical and vaccine development, with the goal of extending healthy life expectancy. In addition to defining specific research and business areas for future collaboration, the agreement emphasizes the development of the next generation of researchers and the promotion of innovation. Through these efforts, both IPJ and NIBIOHN are expected to make significant contributions to public health in Japan and around the world, leveraging their combined expertise and resources.
